Aaron is now my heat/air guy! He came out and got a old A/C unit running which I’m so thankful for then came back out on two occasions and lit a pilot on the furnace that was giving me trouble on the old unit and also for another minor problem that took him just a couple minutes. He didn’t charge me for the 2 calls bc they only took a couple minutes! I recommend him!

Aaron was very nice, but was unable to diagnose the problem with my AC as it wasnt currently having the problem. He had no idea what was causing the issue and he told me to call him once it stopped working again and he would come over immediately. Over night the AC stopped again and I was unable to get it restarted so I called and left multiple messages with no response. As I had no AC I contacted another AC (Oasis) and he was able to come out that day. He clearly had an idea of my problem over the phone and was able to fix my AC that same day.

I called them at 6:30 am and they were able to come out at 9:00 am to fix my air conditioner. The tech was very nice and worked quickly, got my a/c up and running in less than 30 minutes. Great job.

Fantastic Job A+++++ Here is my story, I had initially called D&S after receiving a referral from HomeAdvisor. I needed a quote for a full system replacement since my Rheem 16 year old system condenser box had suddenly stopped functioning. D&S sent two professionals who arrived on time to my residence. I informed them of my situation, and at the time I was not prepared for a repair effort, just a quote. However, the technician put me at ease and spoke in a very technologically comfortable manner and proceeded to take a closer look at my non-functioning condenser. To make a long story short, they were able to quickly diagnose my repair problem and found out i had a loose condenser wire, dirty condenser coils, and fixed these problems. They also checked my air handler function and verified all controls were working correctly; all this for only $75 service call and 1 hour of work. I am very happy with the service call outcome. D&S will be following up with a replacement quote to educate me on particulars of system replacement should the need arise. Thank you D&S !
