Holika addressed any concerns we had as they came up to our satisfaction. We were very pleased.

Should be professional and do a legitimate contract and this has yet to happen. Needs to be more knowledgeable and honest person.

DSK did an overall very good job. Resolved a few issues promptly. Would recommend them.

We hired DSK Contractor to put in below grade beams and install 3 glue-lam beams where the old ones were insufficient or the house was sagging. The crew did an excellent job with a difficult project, coping with weather and tight spaces. The experience and knowledge of the contractor showed in his explanation of what his crew would do and in the efforts at problem-solving, which are inevitable when dealing with old houses. Overall we are very pleased with the project.

I feel that he was just patronizing me but didn't intend to follow up because weeks and months went by. I have to call because he won't call me.

We paid he to do a job. It's been a year and he HAS NOT come back to finish it. He did not seem to know what he is doing. Just awful.

I thought that the job would take 2 days. It was done in less than one. Good job done, I have no complaints.

Nice job. Permit process was the pits but they overcame that delay and the project completed beautifully. Received several comments from neighbors of a job well done.

I was impressed by how the boss continually checked with me to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. We had a railing rotting. The contractors really knew what they were doing and explained everything to us. The new railing is better constructed than the original. They were all courteous and neat.

I had 3 other estimates from other roofing companies and DSK Contractor was the most reasonable and the cost savings were applied to unexpected work arising from previous poor work done by 2 other roofing contractors. DSK Contractor corrected the problems created by previous work done by other contractors- well done.

Holika responded and fixed the problem the same day at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

Took to long

Wow. They do excellent work. I normally don't write reviews but DSK really impressed me. We had a pool deck with picket fence surround and three story multi-landing set of stairs renewed and concrete stairs on the side of our house installed on a very steep hillside. They use 1st quality materials, show up on time and cleanup before they leave each day. The concrete stairs along the side of our house was not easy. We are on a very steep slope and there were a lot of boulders/rocks that needed to be removed before forms could even be set up. They did a great job and didn't skimp on lumber for the forms or cement.

We also had them do a sidewalk.

Job was completed in a timely manor and within budget. In fact they went above and beyond the scope of work to make a better looking product. I will use them in the future.

don't hire DSK!

DSK contractors are hands down the best construction crew in Hawaii. After my 20 years on Kauai and Oahu ~ building and remodeling several commercial & residential projects, DSK Contractors offer hands down the best price, highest quality, & are the easiest to work with, very professional. Holika & Soloman Manupule are true gentlemen, and the crew they bring with them are very considerate. Any questions were answered right away, and all permits needed we're handled correctly by them. There are not enough kind words I can say about this family business ~ truly remarkable & I am so happy with their results. Also, Holika has design expertise coupled with long term experience to make your decisions even easier. All in all, I will be asking DSK Contractors to assist me in any & all construction including cement work! My new driveway is the best in town!

Very prompt and efficient. Left the work site very clean.

Deck replaced. Hard working, and fast but could use a supervisor on the job. My gate now has to be lifted to close and line up the bolt with catch. It is too heavy a job for me, so We will have to do this ourselves. Clean up was good,

Holika responded immediately and completed my lanai in only two days. While working his team found some cracks in my concrete and made the repairs at no additional charge.

DSK's quote for my addition was very reasonable. I also added 2 more additions to the project. Their quality of work was very good. Their customer service and follow up was very good. I would recommend DSK as a contractor on any small or large project.
