I had made an appointment for someone with D&S to come tell me the cost of putting gas in my kitchen. The guy didn't show up for the appointment and I had to call twice more to get someone. However, then things went extra smoothly with Ashley giving me an estimate one day and putting in the line the next. I've hired them to come back and do my plumbing when my new countertops are in. Ashley and her co-worker were professional, quick and neat. The prices were more reasonable than what was estimated on Home Advisor so I was pleased with that too. I will hire them again for all my gas and plumbing needs.

The young man that came out with his helper was a delight to work work with. He was neat in his work (not like the first guy that put backsplash mud down my drain & trash on the floors & counters). This young man did a good job but didn’t resolve the problem so they sent an older gentleman that blowout that pipes and that didn’t that didn’t work so Well so they came again and it worked just needed time for mud to clear.

Reasonable price, professional work (plumber and office staff both). I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

The Plumber was very knowledgeable, was able to fix the leak, and provided correction options for down the road if the issue returns.

Scheduled on a day from 3:00 to 5:00 PM - did not keep appointment. Called next day at 6:49 AM. Showed up at 9:45 AM - it took about 3.5 hours to install water heater. They had to go out and buy parts.
