D & S Property Solutions is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We strongly believe in giving our absolute best in all the work we perform at a fair and reasonable price. We are experts, and will always keep you educated about the work process. We are licensed and insured. We look forward to earning your business! Whether you need trees or bushes trimmed or an entire tree removed we can take care of your needs. We can also do tractor work such as bush hogging, tilling food plots or gardens, moving or spreading dirt, leveling driveways or roads, removing roots from your yard, etc. We have a 4x4 diesel tractor with 76 hp to take care of any job.

They were the first to get back to me with a quote. They set up an appointment and were there on time. The day of the removal they were on time to remove my tree. I had other offers but one was 2 hours late with the appointment for the quote and the other didn’t seem like they wanted my business as I had to call them to find out if they were coming after we made an appointment for a quote. D&S Property Solutions are competitively priced and matched a lower bid. They were friendly fast and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised of all the other services they offer and I will be doing business with them again. Thank you Doug and Steve of D&S Property Solutions.

I had a rather unique job. They took the time and expense to rent a piece of equipment (mini-Bulldozer) that made it possible to complete the job in 1 day. In addition they had to take a tree out and rented a lift to make that happen quickly. They were substantially lower in price than the other bidder. They were a great bunch of folks to work with.

They did a really good job. My trees were in pretty bad shape and Doug did a good job. He had trouble getting here. Wife out of town and babysitter didn't show up. He came the next day and got everything cut, but had to pick everything up the next day. He cleaned up very well and the price was good. I would highly recommend this company. Doug and Steve are both very nice!

Very professional, arrived on time, were conscientious and meticulous in every phase of the project, from the removal of the trees to the placement of sod. I was particularly fascinated in how they used their tractor to secure branches close to the utility pole, and carefully cut and remove those branches. A family business, they were pleasant to do business with.

Very Professional, reasonable price and punctual. Removed a huge oak tree from my backyard which was extending over the power lines and neighbors houses, they had no issues doing this tough job safely without any incidents. Highly recommend and definitely will hire them again.

The crew arrived a little later than I hoped. However, the did an excellent grading of front and back yard. They removed brush, branches and cement. The did a great job on the yard. Their prices were less than other companies. The equipment was new or near new consition.
