The only reason I marked it as fair is because- he told me in advance that he doesn't remove the scraps- to cut down on the cost- but the price was so wonderful- compared to other companies I had checked into- that it was well worth it- I saved well over a thousand dollars compared to the other places that had quoted me prices! And he also did a wonderful job and the carpet looks great! I like that he answered my add search right away- over the phone! He was able to have the carpet installed only a few days after my first phone call too. I would recomend him in a heart beat.
