Doug was a professional from start to finish. He was on-site within 90 minutes, and was courteous and thorough. He removed our old water heater, replaced a leaking pipe, and installed a new water heater for a fair price. He took the old unit away and cleaned up after himself. I think our utility room was cleaner after he left than it was when he arrived! I'll hire Doug again, and I'll gladly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Replaced an extremely old water heater for me. Arrived on time, excellent work, left the place clean. No issues, just gave me exactly what I asked for. Will hire again and would recommend.

HONEST & FAIR!! This is the 2nd time I've worked with Doug, and will continue to do so for any future needs! Each time I have worked with him, I feel he's more than honest and fair with both his recommendations and his prices. In fact, twice now, Doug's quotes have been almost half the cost of the larger companies. Doug is super fast in response both via telephone and completion of the job. I called Doug in the late morning telling him my hot water tank was out, and by late afternoon he installed the new tank (which he brought with him) and removed the old tank (which he took with him when he left). He cleaned up the area before leaving and even called the next day to follow up and ensure everything is working well, and to check if we had any questions or concerns. Doug's awesome, my family and I are fans!

The gentleman arrived early. Cleaned up after the install. Called me back on a Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday.

Great experience all around. Doug called me within 20 minutes from the time I placed request for service considering it was 8PM on Sunday evening and Browns were playing. The quoted price was great and he was willing to come next day morning to install new water heater. In the morning he called me exactly at 8AM as he promised to confirm the time. He arrived even before I expected. The equipment was exactly as I requested. Doug did tremendous job. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. and efficient. After he finished installation he provided all necessary information for newly installed heater. I strongly recommend to use his services for anyone who requires installation or repair of water system. I know i will definitely use Doug's services in the future and will recommend him to my friends.

Would highly recommend Doug. Instead of wandering around Lowe s when I don t know about water softeners and trying to find someone to help me and then the hassle of scheduling etc, I called Doug and within 2 days he was here. I requested the help late July 3rd and Doug came over and replaced my broken hot water tank on July 4th. He tried very hard to meet some of my specific requirements. I am very happy with the final project.
