"Unfortunately the size of the property was not properly explained to us during the phone call. The homeowner insisted we give him an estimate over the phone. his remarks were "just the driveway and the steps need to be cleared" never mentioned the fact there are 15' walls on either side of the driveway. Never mentioned that there were 15 large steps. It took longer than expected to clear the drive/ stairs. That's why he received the bill that he got.
