I definitely would not recommend this company. I paid in full for waterproofing and they didnâ t remove the debris as they were supposed to but I was assured they would remove when they installed the needed wall braces. On August 18,2023, I paid this company $3,220 as a deposit for the wall braces and were told they would order materials and start the following week and the work would take 1 week to complete. On September 5, 2023, I found myself reaching out to this company to check the status as they still had not started . I was ignored for days and then lied to as well. Ultimately I had to get someone else to do the job as we were working on a high end flip and continuing to wait on them would put us another month or more behind because on September 14, 2023 I was advised that it would be roughly 2 weeks before they could either begin! To add insult to injury, when I asked for a refund because they didnâ t do the work, nor did I receive any ordered materials , I was told that refunds were non refundable. I felt so taken advantage of. The other company was able to come in without any deposit and completed the job within 3 days and that included ordering the materials. I want my money back as no work was complete and no materials ordered or received by me. I have all appropriate and supportive documentation and willing to report Foundation 1st to the Homebuilders board if not indemnified.

I used the company Dtek for a mold removal service. I had an issue with mold under the home and in bathroom. I found the owner to be very knowledgeable, she knew just where the problem was and what to do to solve it. Dtek's pricing was the least costly of any competitor in the area. I had a great experience overall. The workers were punctual, their expertise was valuable, and they did not add extra charges or fees. She even checked with us once the remediation was over to ensure we were satisfied.
