It took some time to arrange appointment with location but job was completed correctly and within budget. Will definitely use D&T Electric for future work.

I am at a corporate remote location from where I needed work done at 10 call centers. Eight of the call centers were done well and for a fair price. However, D & T Electric was responisble for the other 2 call centers, and the result was a less than satisfactory experience. They tried to take advantage of the manager at the location, disregarded my directions that were printed out with pictures, and tried to grossly overcharge for the work that was being done. Even after negotiating the price down to a reasonable amount, out of 10 jobs, D & T was the most expensive for the least amount of quality.

"ITS ALWAYS HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE INTENT OF A ROMOTE CORPRATE CENTER THAT LEAVES US WIDE OPEN WITH NO BUDGET. WE ALWAYS PRICE MATCH OR TRY TO WORK WITHIN BUDGET IF WE HAVE A TARGET PRICE. WE COUNT A LOT ON THE LOCAL MANAGERS AND PROJECT LEADERS AND APOLOGIZE IF WE ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. AND WE ARE LOCATED 60 MILES AWAY FROM THIS PROJECT WHICH WILL ALWAYS COST MORE ON TRAVEL TIME AND FUEL"
