Brent was friendly and informative about the water heater questions I had and he gave me straight forward answers. He also took care of another small job I had that came up on the spur of the moment. Excellent work. I will keep him in mind for the future.

Brett was able to come on the same day, and had the work done in less than an hour. He also helped me to save over $100 too. The only place in Austin that carried the needed part was 45 minutes away. He said that if he went for the part, he would have to charge my for at least 1 hour of labor. Well, anybody that's driven through downtown Austin at any time of day knows you can't get anywhere in an hour. By me picking the part up myself, I saved $200. (45 minutes each way). Plus he hinted that he might not be able to do the job the same day if he had to make the parts run. So I got a great job done, on the day I needed the service, and I saved more than the service call costed. What's not to like!! Thanks Brett.

Brent showed up on time for the consultation and water heater replacement. Maintained the initial quote. Was very friendly and didn't mind my 2 year old paying attention to what he was doing.
