MOST EXCELLENT SERVICE! This was the best decision we made! Having a security system gives us a great peace of mind knowing our family and home are protected. We looked at a couple of other security systems advertised but did not feel they would provide the home protect ADT offers. Danny at DT explained in detail the type of service that would be best for us. Cory, did the installation and took the utmost care installing all the cameras, window sensors and door sensors. Great responsiveness, reasonable quotation, excellent service. From the moment I requested their services on HomeAdvisor, DT Security called me right away to confirm all the important details to quote the proper system to me. They even came out, with proper PPE, to confirm that everything I am asking for is appropriate. They did not pressure me to sign a deal right away and gave me the time that I asked for to shop around. I came back to them because they were responsive, reasonable, and expected good service based on their responsiveness. I was not disappointed. Installation went well and technician did good clean work. I highly recommend them.

He was very informative and at no point did we feel like he was pressuring us into anything. We got the system installed last month and are very happy with it! Excellent customer service

Danny contacted me immediately after creating my project and took time to meet me at our new property to walk through all the different options. I paid no up front costs and explained the monthly service plans. He answered all of my questions, no matter how small, with professionalism and timeliness. George, the installer, was excellent as well. He came on time, walked through everything he needed to do. He even cleaned up the mess AT&T internet left in the control panel to make it all look very neat. Lastly, he accommodated installing Ring doorbell and floodlight cams I had bought myself. Overall great customer service and would highly recommend you contact them for your security needs!
