Duga and his team were fantastic. They finished earlier than expected, even with a supplier hiccup. They were knowledgeable and understood my concerns and explained everything as simple as possible. Highly recommend!

Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work.

Agron and his team did am amazing job on our project. From initial engagement to job completion, I could not have been happier. Agron was quick to give me an estimate and very flexible to meet with me to discuss the job with my busy schedule. His team worked very hard to complete the job in 2 days (opposed to 3 days) and was very friendly to my wife and kids while they worked (since they were home during the days the job was done). I'd recommend Agron and his team to anyone looking for work on their roof. A very straight forward without high pressure sales tactics that I found from others.

Excellent job

Agron and his team were very professional, and managed to work us into their busy schedule within a week of providing us with an estimate. They repaired some rotted beams that several other roofing companies would not touch, and saved us money in the long run by replacing our roof at the same time. Agron kept us informed at each step of the way, and answered all our questions. It is obvious that he takes pride in doing the job correctly (not just quickly). He has years of experience in the Northwest, and is well-informed about how the weather here can affect a roof. We are very happy with our new roof!

Agron was very receptive and quick to answer any and all questions. He was incredibly professional and very honest. A really nice guy all around. He and his crew completed the work quickly, and addressed all concerns on the final walk through. The roof looks great and we get lots of compliments from our neighbors.

Duga crew showed up on time and had the entire project done in just two days. I could see extra attention to detail in the additional flashing and cleanup efforts. Agron was able to evaluate the airflow/leak issue and provided multiple options to resolve. I also liked that we were quoted with PABCO shingles, which are manufactured in Tacoma, so I can support the local economy. They also seemed more durable than comparable style from Certainteed.

Upon discovering the source of the leak, Duga Construction provided me with options. I finally chose a new, long-lasting and properly installed membrane as the best overall solution. Duga was great to work with throughout the process!

The team reacted very quickly to our call. After a quick inspection they found that the attic wasn’t properly vantilated. The roof ridge vents were all replaced and additional vents were install. All was done in a timely and professional manner, and at a reasonable cost. It took only a few days for the attic to completely dry, and the change in air flow was well noticed.

It was great to work with Agron and his team. Agron came right on time for the estimate and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He gave very detailed and professional recommendations about what to do to prevent any leakage from happening. He is very knowledgeable and knows about roof and siding work from construction point of view. The quote is also very competitive compared to other companies. On the work days, the crew was very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the roof and even redid some siding work another company did not do correctly before and finished up with painting and cleaning up everything. I feel very confident my roof will be water proof before the rain season comes.

My roof looks great and I feel good knowing that my roof is going to make it many more years. The flashing looks great and I doubt if you could detect a repair was even done. He knows how to match the shingles. Duga is very responsive and addresses your concerns. Very Important!

This is the second time we have used Duga Construction, they are excellent, professional, responsive and they did an amazing job on our new roof, I would HIGHLY recommend them to others. Agron Duga and this crew were fantastic. They showed up on time and worked meticulously. We had one metal roof with cedar shake underneath. These guys took those down, put down new OSB boards in the entire roof and then put down new composite roof. Work done on time and looks good. Agron came by a few weeks later to check on how things are going,which was great.

We were pleased with the quality of the work performed, especially how the metal caps turned out (they had to be ordered and cut to size on site). The owner, Mr. Duga even replaced skylight seals at no charge.
