Very happy with the work that Kevin and Dino did!

I hired DVS Development to remodel my kitchen. Kevin and Dino and all of their contractors were wonderful to work with, responsive to any questions or concerns that I had and did a great job. They listened to what I wanted and delivered a product I am really happy with. I highly recommend them for any renovation/construction job.

We hired DVS Development to turn our existing two-car garage into a livable space for our mother to move into. The owner, Dino, and his team were fantastic from beginning of the project until it was finished. Construction included adding a new additional bathroom, new heating and cooling separate from the rest of the house, new front and rear doorways, two new large windows, a new closet and much more. Everything turned out above expectations and our home has now been converted from a three bedroom/two bathroom to a four bedroom/three bathroom. The end result is absolutely beautiful and our mom is now living comfortably in her new 400 square foot room. It is hard to believe that this is the space is where we use to park our cars. We are very pleased with the entire experience and found DVS Development to be professional throughout construction. Highly recommend.

Kevin and Dino were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, timely and not pushy. Our calls and texts were always answered In a timely fashion and they communicated with us through every step of our remodel process. The folks that came in and did the work were excellent! Our kitchen looks fabulous now! I would hire Kevin and Dino again in a heart beat for more work. Thank you Kevin and Dino, you took great care of us and had great pride in the craftsmanship, Francisco delivered on the tiling and Bill was superb with the cabinets. Israel and team took great care with the electrical and Matt and team did an excellent job with the new pot filler and other plumbing!

DVS was recommended by a neighbor and their quote was significantly less than another major company. They tore down our old patio, raised the ceiling and created a fabulous new patio. Great job coordinating with other subs. We had some rain issues in the middle and they fixed it to like-new. I'm very happy.

My bathroom remodel project is now completed and the final product is beautiful. Had a rough start at the beginning due to some miss communication but Dino and his crew saved the day. Multiple friends have already asked who did the work and commented on the quality of work done. Thank you again Dino for the work well done.

We hired DVS Development Company to help remodel our bathroom after we had a flood. Dino and Kevin have been heaven sent and all their workers have been stellar. They explained everything and were always available to answer questions all through the project. We ended up with two beautiful bathrooms, new carpet in the bedrooms and laminate flooring in the living room and family room. I would love to have them put in some skylights in the future and would not hesitate to hire them again. They are now working on building a whole new patio and roof in my brother in-laws historic home. Couldn't be happier with my beautiful home thanks to their advise and workmanship.

We were really impressed with the no pressure sales approach by our sales rep Kevin. He was very imformative and educated us on away for us to maximize the space in our existing bathroom. Our project turned out better than we evr imagined just like he said it would. The workers were very friendy and they also cleaned up after themselves everyday. We recommend DVS to our family and friends when they admire our brand new bathroom.

Kevin and Dino took care of everything for us at a very fair price. We had several bids and they offered us the best product at the fairest price. We are enjoying our new energy efficient windows during this recent unseasonal warm weather we could really tell the difference.

They are patient and worked around our schedules. Finished in a timely manor.

I am so glad I was able to remodel my bathroom. After getting the old sheets off, there was a pipe leaking. After fixing the leak, the cosmetic fix up started- -I couldn't be happier. Also replaced a plain window with privacy glass. Thank you DVD & Dino! I was having trouble finding matching hardware for the bathtub & Dino was able to find it for me!! Awesome !!!

I hired DVS to make my patio into a sunroom and build a pool in my backyard. Everybody was so friendly and as a single woman I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of financially. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
