it was a driveway twp called for swail where it meets the road he made me believe twp called for pipe extra 3.000 thousand also lost retainer on inspection he flat out lied i went to twp inspector he told me it was don"s idea retainer was 750 dollars emailed him no response

I have many issues with the job and contractor, Don. The job was to install a new septic system. My main complaints are that less than 1 month after the completion of the work the area around the septic tanks and the new drain pipes have settled significantly creating a 18” deep ditch around all tanks and piping. Little to no grass has grown in at the disrupted areas including the new sand mound and it looks like just hay scattered on top of dirt. The uphill side of the sand mound was not slopped or graded properly so we also have standing water in front of the mound. The system cost $30,000 and was paid for in full. When we called to have him correct the issues to meet the contracted and county approved plans, he refused to return without us paying for the cost of the repairs. I wish I could add photos to this site because they show a much clearer picture of the poor quality of work.

Don did a great job. He was prompt and pleasant. He did what he said he would do. I highly recommend him. I would use him again.

Don did exactly what we asked. He did the job professionally, and he was easy to deal with. When the job was completed he left the job site neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use him again. his price was reasonable.

Don Weaver and his son did a great job grading or front lawn that was full of roots from several trees surrounding the front yard. New grass is coming in thick and green.
