Sam contacted me within minutes of me announcing my project. He was eager to please and scheduled my drywall repair work for the day after the estimate. Sam was very professional and impressed me with the process he used to ensure that the finished wall surface matched the surrounding surface color, texture, and height.
Thank you for your comment, we are very happy to be able to help clients as important as you
What a wonderful man. Started out with one small project and ended up with painting kitchen, living room, hall, dining room doing back splash and counter top in kitchen. When ready for next project (remodel 2 bathrooms) HE WILL BE MY FIRST CALL
Hired Sam to paint the interior, after he said he does walls, hired him to build a room for me while I was away out of state for 2 weeks. During this time you said he does tile. I ordered over $2k in gorgeous tile for the entire bathroom walls and inside of another room, $400 in gold tile trim. During this time the price we agreed on for the building of the room changed just as soon as Friday came he mentioned he forgot to add $700 for install of baseboards, and I had to pay additional $300 for baseboard materials on top of Sam telling me the $3,800 covers the room materials except the windows and door hardware. So now I was charged additional $1,000 so the $3,800 turned to $4800. Sam also asked me to Zelle him money to â tip his workersâ because before I paid the $300 baseboard materials, his workers had left over materials they used to install on the room they built. Sam sent me pictures and immediately I told him to remove the baseboard as it looked like cheap 2 1/2 crown molding and the existing baseboards are 5 1/2 baseboard. So this didnâ t even match or flow at all! I was blown away he would even think that was okay to do then to ask me to tip his guys!! I wish it stopped there as I return to the job site Sam had to leave town for 5 days. I come in and the entire front of my place is stained from all the redimix concrete, and mixtures of things he used to install the tiles. I was shocked to say the least. He left cut in half faceplates over outlets from them cutting tiles to much, to where they couldnâ t even install the switches. All of the gold tile trim is grinded down as they installed that last when all the concrete mixtures for the tiles to stick to the walls are hardened so they couldnâ t fit the tile trim so they just grinded it all down. There are areas he used white caulking instead of clear or black, as nothing his white. It makes zero sence at all what Sam and his guys did. The vanity inside of my bathroom they ripped that apart and put it back together where again nothing even adds up on the edges. Not one piece of tile butts up to another perfectly or close to it. The edges of the tiles are all uneven. The bathroom door trim is hanging off the walls with broken tile under it. The ceilings have splatter from them cutting the tiles with the water saw inside of my place. Then since they cut all of this inside they cleaned off all their tools in the front where all the staining took place. The security guards all said they witness the guys who Sam has doing the work he said he was going to do outside using the water hoo up to spray down all of their things. There is harden mixture everywhere in my place and all the painting he did is clouded in dust from them cutting tiles inside of my place. Sam was also suppose to make the bathroom door open into the bathroom instead of out, of course he never did this instead he just kept if off the hinges. Iâ m missing the mirror thatâ s inside of the bathroom they took down. He never re installed the ADA bars in the bathroom. I told him I want $3,000 back from the over $6,000 I gave him to pay for new workers to go back and to fix everything he and his workers did. He said nope he didnâ t do any of this. It was his workers and not him. He can only fix the issues. There should be no fixing any thing to the level of how he left my place. I even had to change the locks so he wouldnâ t come back. Please please go to Yelp or Google so you can see the photos of what it is exactly this man Sam did to my place. As of now I donâ t see a area to post pics to my review but I will look. I hired him through Angi list because of his reviews. This man is dishonest and he is taking jobs that are far from his scoop. He is middle manning jobs and of course heâ s not watching the work or he doesnâ t care. I trusted Sam to take care of the exact things we went over.
I highly recommend this company. The estimate was very reasonable, good communication, and excellent workmanship!
Great customer service and quality work. Very happy with the results.
They did a beautiful repair on installing and repairing drywall. They cleaned up after their job. They have a good work ethic. Would recommend them.
Sam & Miguel are the most professional and thorough, going beyond expectations to get the job done on schedule and with highest quality and workmanship. Canâ t say enough how satisfied we are with their work.
Sam was very thorough and did a very good job. Would recommend him to anyone who needs painting done around their home
I had Sam and his two assistants come help with my ceiling water damage. I had a toilet leak on the 2nd level and the ceiling of the first floor ended up getting damaged with water droplets falling from and opening of my drywall ceiling. I had 4 quotes given to me and he was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I also liked his mannerism and how polite he is. I will be using him in the future because he also does other stuff that I need done around the house. I highly recommend.
