This review is meant to be a warning to anyone looking to hire DZ Contracting. Darryl, the contractor, talks big but falls short on execution. He is probably capable of doing jobs but fails to complete anything. More importantly, he cannot be trusted with money provided for supplies. In my case, he was paid 1/2 payment and money for supplies up front and skipped out before completing most of the project. In addition, he stole supplies that were purchased for the job and left a dumpster at the house. He literally left the job site without any communication and should be considered a thief/criminal. One day he is asking for more money for supplies and the next day he is gone. I highly recommend that you not hire him regardless of how aggressive his pricing is or how fast he claims he can complete the job. Do not be fulled by his lies as I was. I have several rental properties and have worked with many contractors. I guarantee, this is one person you want to stay away from. I sure wish I had. Chuck
