DaBella - Idaho Falls (Siding)

Very good with communication and always on time and told us if it would be a day later. Very hard workers. Makayla did great job at keeping us updated on timelines. Devin told us exactly what was going to happen and we had no surprises.

While the siding on my house looks great and the install green did a good job overall the company left a bad taste in my mouth with its lack of communication form the office about when the crew would show up and start working. I also didn’t appreciate them working on house through the weekend. After they completed the siding the left and said a dumpster would be delivered so they could clean up the trash but it’s been about a week and the trash is still there with no information about when they’ll be back to clean it up.

My issues very poor communication, inhome sales told me 3 weeks out * 10/24 , then found out they won't even look at your project without a deposit. So deposit was made 11/8 order and supplies didn't get processed or ordered until 2 days later 11/10. I received notice on 11/17 they received my material and just started working on my project, which they say should take 3 1/2 weeks to get it built-up. So they won't have it ready to install until 12/? Next is I don't even have an install date, so thats another 3 weeks out, so I won't have my bath and shower done until early January. I'm tryingt go figure how to cancel now

Our guys Jeff and Gabrel were awesome,kept in touch tryout the whole process. Excellent to work with, got back to us quickly when we had as my questions and we have made some friends for live. Excellent company and will be using them next spring for siding on our house.

I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

Proficient, professional honest and kind.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system.
