No customer value, they show no respect for customers, were unconcerned about customer experience, did not listen to customer concerns, did a sloppy job, and left.

It took Dabella from Sept 2018 to March 2019 to get all the parts and pieces to install a shower. Then it was not the seamless one I wanted. I was to sell my house in March but had to wait until May. NOW after selling my house, their loan company has attached a lean to my house. What a mess. The installer people- Just In Time were great. In my opinion I would not use this company because now I find out ,they are over priced, hard sell and deceptive at best. I yelp reviewed them and surprise, It disappeared.

Zane and Aaron came out and did a very complete inspection of our shower and bath situation. They explained everything that would be involved in the work and went out of their way to give us some options that would make the job more affordable for our situation. The communication was excellent they both did and outstanding job representing their company. I would highly recommend them.

Had to hire a Lawyer to get my April deposit back, they never showed up to do the job, very disappointed I had to spend Lawyer fees to get any satisfaction. finally got my money in late August.

On time for initial appointment, Met all commitments and kept me informed of all important dates. Install smooth with no mess or follow up required.

Jermaine from the Centennial office in Colorado did an excellent job representing the company mission and values. He thoroughly explained the product and services. He took the time to reach out to his colleagues were even available at 7pm to help address some of my questions. Jermaine was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had 1 door and 2 windows replaced and will call Jermaine for any future projects.

Monty did a good job on the presentation of the company and the value of the product. Also be able to find us the right financing and discount according to our needs. The only thing I would change is to abbreviate the initial marketing part and avoid duplication of information.

I was very impressed by how fast they removed our old shower and tub! They said it would take 2 days and they were finished in 2 days! Our house was built in 1959 and this is the first inside big remodel we've done. We are very happy!!! Mary E.

Keep daily eyes on work quality...

We hired them October 16th, 2017. Today is January 7th, 2018 To date NO WORK has been done. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. The only time I have heard from them is after an email asking what is going on.

The installer was super fast, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. He’s the 7th subcontractor I’ve had over in the last 4 months for various other projects and by far the best. His work is impeccable!

Install is still a couple months out. Sales demo was very informative. Jennifer was most accommodating when our appt was interrupted due to emergent need to leave on our part. She came back 2 hours later and finished the process. Looking forward to upgrading 66 year old windows

Great experience, very refreshing working with a company that actually does what is expected in Portland as it seems very hard to find. From the supplier dropping off the materials to the crew doing the work, very professional and great workmanship.

We had our roof replaced and part of the siding on our house replaced in late October/early November. Most importantly, our gutters were severely damaged as part of the roof job and my husband and I have called DaBella a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have been told the gutter crew would call us, and told the gutter crew would come out on the coming Saturday, but no one shows up and no one calls back. I keep calling the office back and they have no idea what I’m talking about. My gutters are cracked and spraying water all over the house and walkways and now I’m going to have to pay for them myself because DaBella won’t take responsibility and replace what was working perfectly before this. Also, the sales rep was terrible—we were told to expect 45 minutes for our appointment to have the roof assessed and he over stayed his welcome there for 3 hours babbling on and on trying to up sell and chat. I was clearly getting ready for work and making dinner in the background and he just kept talking and talking about how great DaBella is. He incorrectly told us many things: we were told there would be a post-project inspection, which the office told later that they rarely do that and we must have been told wrong; we were told that we wouldn’t have to start paying the roof loan until we were satisfied with the work, and the bill showed up in the mail before the project was done; we were told everything would be put back together, but the siding crew removed all our light fixtures and said they are not responsible for putting it back up; we were told the whole project would take 2-3 days and it took 2 weeks. I am so angry with this company and I will never recommend them.
