Had a great experience with DaBella, and a big part of that was Simon?s outstanding work. He was professional, detail-focused, and really took pride in the quality of everything he did. You can tell he doesn?t cut corners -the craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out from start to finish. Simon made the whole process smooth and the results speak for themselves.

Best customer service EVER! Jeremy Puente was great! His knowledge of all aspects was outstanding as well as his personality. I'm proud to have DeBella and it's team to handle our roof replacement. I am currently recommending them to my neighbors and friends who are in need of any of the services that they provide.

Still awaiting completion of job but we’re happy with the sales folks and contacts. I’m closing this so that I don’t continuously receive more calls. There should be a ‘put in hold’ choice so that we can review those we’ve hired when they’re done and not be texted, called, and emailed to death by other bids.

Alex was very knowledgeable about the bathroom project he offered. He sat down and took the time to let me know what would help solve the problem I had with the master bathroom I wish I could figure out a way to afford it.

We trusted Preston Duarte’s thorough analysis and recommendations for our roof replacement and he really worked with us to find a solution in our budget. He was very patient and took the time to describe each option. The company’s warranties and use of only certified personnel is comforting and their quick timeline will get our roof fixed soon. I’m also glad that they have certified people who will work with our contractors siting solar panels.

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

Proficient, professional honest and kind.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

They were fast and did a great job.

Overall the roof looks beautiful. Only some of the roof top side boards did not get replaced. the roofers were contracted out of Basin City. They put the metal strip over the old board because they did not have the material properly measured so they just put new metal strip over old board. It would look better if that had gotten replaced.

The DaBella representative Donald Davidson came to my house and inspected my roof. He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I will recommend this company as I find Donald Davidson and this company very professional and innovative.
