WORST CONTRACTOR IN BOISE! Never do business with DaBella. The new manager of this DaBella franchise, Dustin Christensen, is a con artist and a compulsive liar. Tons of aggressive sales tactics, fake smiles, and a totally disingenuous company. Ever since Dustin took over, this company has gone totally downhill. He likes to talk to you alot about football to sell you the stuff, he puts on a fake smile, but he is completely fake and dishonest and once you sign the contract with this demon, he stabs you in the back. We are out of over $100,000 and have tons of broken and low quality windows because of DaBella.

Had new windows installed. There is an issue with the windows and costumer service isn't doing anything about it, I can't even get anyone to come out and look at the windows. Costumer service is terrible, I have been trying since August when the windows got installed to get them to resolve the issue and so far I haven't heard from them. I have called there office, I have left messages and no one has contacted me. I will not recommend them. So much for them standing behind there product

They prey on the elderly. Their 3-4 hour sales tactics are scare tactics. The also came into our 55 and older community which is clearly labeled at the entrance with NO SOLICITORS signs. My 92 year old neighbor, who is physically in great shape and mentally sharp as a tack, was solicited by their employee driving around our neighborhood. She was needing to replace her roof, so she listened to him and accepted an appointment from that man. When she met with the sales guy a couple days later. The estimate is more than double what ANY reputable roofer would charge for her very small house. And when she asked him to leave several times, he kept on with his sales pitch. After the first 2 hours in her home, she felt terrible and her anxiety was off the charts. She just wanted him to leave. And he persisted and stayed longer. This company isnâ t trustworthy or reputable. They are crooks! Do your research and read the negative reviews!!

When we bought our forever home, the windows here with 20 years old, we called Dabella for a quote. They came out and told us how great of quality is their windows were the sales guy really did sell us. We waited about eight months for the material to get here. It was around Covid time so it took longer when it got here they installed our windows however, the bathroom window got cracked while they were installing it. It took about another six months to get it replaced and when they did, the installer messed up the framing now or Window bows out. I called them within our warranty time however, itâ s not like it was our fault. It was the install that messed up the window. They sent two guys out here they took pictures told us it was the installers fault and said they would get back to us within two business days because it was during Labor Day. I gave them an extra two weeks to get back to us because I work such long hours I sleep throughout the day. When I finally reach them at Cabelas I felt like all they did was give me the runaround and say they would send an email to somebody it took an additional week of not hearing from anybody for me to call back when I called back, they again told me they would email somebody and have somebody contact me. I found the guys number that originally came over here and seen the problem that we needed fixed when I called him. He said he no longer worked at Dabellaâ s and he forgot to put the paperwork in , I was in total shock and disbelief because he did come out with another gentleman but the man didnâ t follow up with anything. Their company is extremely unprofessional and the wait time is out of this world. We spent $55,000 on these windows we should never have to deal with problems like this , please please do not use this company they do not value their customers and all they will do is the waiting game so again when I called today they said the same thing when I spoke with the supervisor will send an email out. I am so sorry sorry doesnâ t fix my window .
