DaBella - Eugene (Roofing)

Pressure sales which resulted in misinformation. Even when I tried to stop the pressure they continued to hound me and I succumbed to the pressure. My new roof is well done and the workmen were courteous. I have no complaint about the work. My complaint is the persistent pressure and the misleading offer. I was told that the price quoted for my roof included new gutters. The edocument did not include the gutters. When I questioned the document I was told that I had also signed a document that included the gutters for another $4000. I refused to pay the price and ultimately was told that there was a mistake and the gutters were not included so the order was cancelled. I hate to think what would have happened had I not been persistent. The roof was too expensive but that?s my fault for succumbing to pressure

We were provided exemplary service through DeBella and their Reps Chase and Ethan. We had their crew replace our 30+ year old roof and gutters, and we were so thankful they came out before the first winter storm! They were and are friendly and personable, as well as knowledgeable about their products. We also love the transferable warranty should we ever sell our home, the roof and gutters replacement/repairs will be taken care of by DeBella. Great lifetime purchase!! Great experience!!

Evan & Sasha were very nice, answered all of our questions, showed us the problems with the roof both physically, video and pictures. Willing to find what would work for us on our fixed income finding a reasonable we could work with.

Skyler and Zach came out today to help me with my roof project. After seeing their system and not only the value of it but the competitive price they gave me made me going with them on the same day a no brainer. Highly recommend these two and this company.

Robert came out this past Friday for a roof inspection and we had a great experience. He was very professional, respectful, and not pushy at all, and really took the time to walk us through everything he found. We originally just had a standard roof, but he did a thorough presentation and clearly explained the value of upgrading to a solar roof in a way that actually made sense for us. He went over the warranty in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered before we made any decisions. We never felt pressured and really appreciated how informative and helpful he was throughout the whole process. Great communication we’re excited moving forward!

Agressive sales tactics and lack of transparency. I greatly regret getting sucked into a very overpriced roof.

I, like many others, gave a positive review of this company a while ago before any work was completed. I would now like to revise that review to an extent. It's true, that the sales force are, or were in my case professional and likeable, however, once the work gets done and they want you to approve it they won't stop hounding you until you do. I was sick for a few days after completion of the project and needed to rest in bed but they wouldn't stop hounding me or let me get the rest I needed. The salespeople are professional, the business is not. They contract out the work which anyone can do on their own accord. And in their advertising they say most jobs are between 10,000 and 20,000, don't believe that for a moment. If my opinion, the only thing this company does well is hire the right people to get you to sign on the dotted line. To anyone reading this, no I would not recommend this company. And to DaBella (owner) don't bother replying, I know you don't care.

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

They have great customer service. They explained the process.

DaBella contracts out for its work. The crews we had were very good. They did their job well, and were very pleasant to work with. I would give the crews an excellent rating.

Tanner was very helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted for our house, and was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with on getting us the plan that works best for our financial limitations.

Easy process and great warranty for our new roof.

My experience was great. Great salesmen answered all my questions. All people that have been working on my roof in scheduling worked hard to get my instal done before the rains came and they did it. Roof was completed before any rain.

Great sales rep, awesome roofing company!

They show up when they say. Everyone from the first sales call to the last wrapup has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. The contractor, Imperial Roofing, was excellent. The owner was knowledgeable and professional His workers were very hard working, fast, excellent workmanship. Cleaned up pretty well considering the area around the house has tall grass. The materials they used are superior quality and state of the art. The roof is a huge improvement - they discovered some leaking had started, so it was good we didn't wait another winter. The old roof was 20-year old cedar shake so it was a big job to strip off the shingles and add new plywood. The first quote was shockingly high at $45,000. After much back and forth, Austin whittled the price down 50%. The bargaining was the hardest part. But we're happy with the result - it added value, will protect well from our coastal winter storms, and will last far beyond our likely lifetimes. We do recommend DaBella - they pay personal attention, are professional and knowledgeable, provide superior materials and an excellent roofing contractor. Go into this major project knowing what your realistic budget is.

Brian and his crew are courteous, efficient and very hard working. They did a fantastic job installing our new roof, replacing skylights, and installing suntubes. We couldn't be happier!

The roofers did an okay job, we had a bit of communication gap because we do not speak Spanish, so was hard to communicate with them and we have a wood stove which means a stove pipe through our roof. If you replace all of your existing plywood, the crew is not trained or did not pay attention to the size of the hole needed for the stove pipe. Had to hire a professional wood stove installer to come out and fix their screw-up! If we had not paid for the extra expense of this, we would have quite possibly had a fire this winter. The roof looks great and other than the stove pipe fiasco the job was completed and looks to be done well.

DaBellaâ s sales pitch for new home siding was four hours long! The sales rep was a nice guy but told a few untruths about their exclusive relationship with JamesHardie. In addition, Iâ m inexperienced with hiring contractors and didnâ t realize that a company like DaBella might not have their own installers to perform the work. DaBella developed the contract, ordered the materials and then subcontracted out the job. We were extremely pleased with the business that actually installed our home siding. They were professional, hard-working, and paid attention to detail on all aspects of the job. My unhappiness is with DaBellaâ s poor communication once the contract was signed. I received a call from the DaBella office that someone would come to our home to get an accurate measurement of the house to ensure enough materials were available for the project start date of July 18th. The guy came, measured and said work would start the next day! Who complains about a job starting two weeks early? I only complain because I only had 12 hours to move things away from the house and make sure the site was ready. There were material delays, a week without workers and no communication from DaBella on what was going on. The sales guy who â would always be available by phoneâ was often not available. I also left multiple messages on DaBellaâ s office number before receiving a return call.
