Ian and Will did an absolutely fantastic job as members and representatives of Dabella. They were courteous, poignant and as strange as it sounds, made me feel comfortable in my own home, which is very important. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even stayed alittle longer in order to make sure that I understood the full picture. I would highly recommend them to FREIND’s and family and will be using them again.

Hermala and Samayah were absolutely beautiful and smart. They know exactly what they are talking about. If you need any home improvement projects done, call these two! Gave me a wonderful price on my siding and filled me with so much knowledge. And I got them a steak dinner and margaritas.

Benito and Tiffany were very professional. They showed me great value and they totally weren't pushy! Honestly did a great job and unfortunately we just couldn't make a deal. All good. Impressed with the showing.

They are knowledgeable about their siding and provided different options. They showed us samples and described the quality of all the materials. Suggested we go with an exclusive color for our siding. I'm looking forward to seeing the end results and hiring DaBella for future home improvement projects.

The pre-project explanations and advising were super helpful and very responsive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was timely and efficient. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. The final walk-through with the project manager answered out last minute questions and clarification needs. In summary, the two most salient attributes of this project were: 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation.

They do quality work, but if you are using insurance money do not use them! They will not give you an itemized product list which your insurance company will require to pay out your recoverable deductible. We missed out on $6,000 because they would not give us this documentation. Once they had their money for the project they were impossible to get ahold of.

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

It has been over a month since I gave them a large deposit, and they still have done nothing about my leak, much less re-roofed my house.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

Roof installation was quick, roof looks good. Deducted one star, because gutter heater wires and cable TV wires removed with the old roof were not replaced correctly. Management had a crew install the wires correctly within a very few days.

Excellent work, professional quality and wonderful customer service. I was amazed at how quickly the were able to knock out the entire project (only a few days and they were in, out, and done). Left a clean work site behind them. Only small complaint is that their initial estimate did not necessarily feel like they started with their best price and required a little bit of back-and-forth negotiation to get to their true best price, but at the end of the day I am happy with the value I got and would absolutely hire them again.

High pressure sales that did not deliver on any of its points. Failed timeline. Failed Quality. Failed guarantee. Currently Seeking advise on reparations..

For the final product that we got, it was not worth it. The bathtub looked nice and was a little deeper like we wanted. The technician that came out was courteous. The problem is the quality of the tub. The soap holder was glued onto the plastic wall with tar and falls off regularly. The faucet is very flimsy and feels like it will snap off if too much downward pressure is applied. To make matters worse, dealing with corporate was a nightmare and they did not catch us paying off everything so we got charged extra in the end and almost got a credit hit because they did not communicate with us. Do not use dabella, use someone else.
