Dabella gets zero star. They are a criminal organization. Left my roof in worse shape than before they began. I now have multiple leaks to say the least. Roof will not last long. They intentionally damaged to fraud the warranty insurance getting paid twice and then throughout the warranty period. They also damaged other parts of my home and garage. They breached contract that they use force and fraud to get you to sign then they use worse tactics to get you to sign completion form. They left my family in fear by terrorizing tresspass and other crimes. They get away with it because they have lots of money to pay corrupt attorney. They should b3 in jail and shut down. Hope this advice helps you. You were warned.

Company will sell you a sales pitch like no other. Will not return phone calls after providing shady type of work saying that it is the temperature that needs to heat up to make the shingles lay down. I may not be a rocket scientist, but looking at these pictures, I want one and just one honest construction worker or roofer tell me how metal will screw itself it and miraculously flatten out when it's been approximately 30 days and over 95 degrees and still has yet to go flat. Pictures were sent to company and no return phone calls since. All pictures shown are less than 45 days after completion of work! Is this really quality work? Please people save your money and find a local roofer who has been in business over 25 years. Stay away from a corporate company that subcontract and can't keep their word!

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

These girls were a delight to work with. They were very professional and had a good knowledge of their product. Meredith and Rosio are a great team.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

They were fast and did a great job.

Overall the roof looks beautiful. Only some of the roof top side boards did not get replaced. the roofers were contracted out of Basin City. They put the metal strip over the old board because they did not have the material properly measured so they just put new metal strip over old board. It would look better if that had gotten replaced.

The DaBella representative Donald Davidson came to my house and inspected my roof. He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I will recommend this company as I find Donald Davidson and this company very professional and innovative.
