DaBella - Fort Worth (Bath/Siding)

I recently had DaBella replace the siding on my home, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The salesperson, Donavynn Hicks, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of our options without ever making me feel pressured. He answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for my home. The installation crew did an amazing job, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. My home looks brand new, and I?ve already received compliments from neighbors on how great it looks. Al and Spencer did a wonderful job representing DaBella. I have some old siding that I have been interested in fixing and replacing and have decided they're the right team for the job. They're established with 15 years in the business, being licensed, insured, and bonded, and I'm confident in their ability to delivery. The product they presented, James Hardie siding with the exclusive ColorPlus® options available through DaBella, was impressive and exactly what I was looking for to protect my home for many years. They worked with me to offer a great price with a variety of competitive financing options. I’ll be updating this review once the work is completed and will upload before-and-after photos of my siding. As an aside, they were also very friendly and amiable and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Al and Spencer, for working hard to get me a great value for my home. Update: Before and after photos added. Adjusting to 4 stars for the following reasons. One of the major factors in replacing my siding was a hole (pictured) that I wanted closed off. I pointed it out and very specifically referenced it in the sales discussions, so I'm irritated that I still have that hole. The installers were ok - they seem to have done a good job on the install; however, they left nails hidden in the grass (glad I stumbled on them before my lawn service), my recycle bin filled with non-recyclable garbage, and it would have been nice if they asked about my mail hole prior to cutting it. The project left a large amount of excess siding and material so I'll likely either add some simple patches myself or find someone else to help patch that hole with the materials. Overall, I'm very happy with the appearance and how it looks, but one of my primary factors in proceeding wasn't addressed.

Donayvynn made the process great explaining what pieces need to be replaced and fixed. We haven't had the work actually done yet but so far the experience has been great.

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

Proficient, professional honest and kind.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.
