I appreciate Shay from the Dabella office coming all the way out to Lovelock to give me an estimate on my roof. He was very polite and professional in his approach, when I'm ready to move forward I will definitely call Dabella.

Casey, came over promptly, gave a detailed explanation of the material, installation, warranty and how long it would take to complete the job, showed examples of the colors of my home. Casey was very professional, friendly and funny.

The sales representatives for this company were outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and went above and beyond to help. I am handicapped and my sales representative actually took down my blinds prior to the window installation and returned the day of to put them back up for me. The windows are fantastic and I saw an immediate difference in my utility bill, the sounds coming into the house are muted and the windows seal really well. I would definitely buy from DaBella again.

Julio and Christian made a thoughtful and clear presentation for a project to replace 7 windows and a sliding glass door. They were able to show us examples of materials that would be used. We were very happy with the no pressure presentation and the different options covered that could save us money. I was impressed that they were able to to all the work in one day and with obvious skill and great quality.

Airon was super nice and super professional. The crew was awesome they cleaned up their mess. Just make sure you cover anything you dont want dust on. The windows made a huge difference! When it was 100 degrees outside my ac barely came on. I love my new windows and I love DaBella. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a company to take care of them start to finish.

Julio and Daniel came out and gave me an estimate on 2 SGD. I was very impress on how professional they were and how simple they kept the appointment that I couldn't refuse a good deal . Work with Dannyn! He is the one who sold us on the windows and also the experience!

It was no pressure, everything was explained in plain English, and all my questions were answered. Dannyn is super easy to work with, and he actually knows what he sells!

We need to have at least 1 English-speaking person on the install team. It would give a better understanding of the process. Also, they need to do a little better on cleanup...Dust and lost hardware on the ground. Otherwise, five stars for the product and style.

Well we are not sure yet as the windows haven’t been put yet. We’ll let you know when completed.

Customer service from DaBella has been terrible they collected our money for an INCOMPLETE, POOR WORKMANSHIP, full house window install. Our salesman Dannyn S has ignored us and his boss Kory B has done the same, told us to get with the manufacturer as the windows are under warranty...really the window install is not even complete. We are now trying to work with Rxxx Txxxxe Glass to get new windows to replace the defective ones. Before this job I had talked with Dannyn S about quoting us for rain gutters and a new roof so glad he did blow us off on the quotes too. I will NOT do any future business with this company nor recommend them. Still to this day no follow up conversation from either of them to see where we are in this mess. This Job also was supposed to start in Sept 2021 finally started Oct 26, 2021. Now it is Dec 6, 2021 my windows still are not complete! Soon my HOA will be complaining because our window trim can not be painted as the new windows still need to be replaced. So sorry I contracted with them.

Anthony is an amazing young man. He walked us through the whole process from ordering to install. He made sure we were updated and kept in touch with any updates he had.

Dannyn Smith is a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable. We have had a couple of hiccups, Dannyn was quick to come up with solving what was needed to be solved. They did everything they said they would do in their presentation and my family couldn't be more pleased.
