This conpany is conpletely full of liars who will say anything to get you to sign a contract. In October I was met by two sales people. I listened and explained that I would need to compare with at leadt one other company so that I could feel good about the decision. Morgan says to me ?what would it take to get you to sign today?? I said guarantee to finish by year end. She called someone and it was agreed, I signed. They went on to tell me that they were my project managers and I wouldn?t have to worry about some corporate team taking over the project. 3 days later the corporate team called saying they were taking over the project. They gathered my $3000 down payment and never did another thing. In November I spoke with Jeremy Gantt after chasing through no less than 7 gate keepers assigned to prevent the client from speaking with a member of management. Jeremy (San Diego General Manager) apologized and ?gave me his word? that this was all due to some reorg and the company didn?t operate like that. He guaranteed me that he would see to it the project was finished by year end. Even offered to but my dayghter and I dinner at a favorite restaurant. I never heard from Jeremy again and as of this writing have left him no less than 6 messages and left messages through his officce manager Taylor who ?assures me? he will get the messages she is leaving. Here it is Jan 1 and nothing has happened. No project, no calls, no project management. Just a bunch of lies and I am out $3000. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from DaBella.

I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

DaBella's name is on our contract. However, a family of well-meaning Hondurans, only one of which could speak some English, did the work. The roof looked ok, until I started to look closely at the workmanship. Our chimney is damaged, there are places (looking at the roof) in the upstairs you can see daylight, the skylight was poorly installed, twice, there are places where the metal trim on the porch roof is not nailed down (I have pictures, it fell off), the new sheathing should be inspected by DaBella for missed alignment sections. The salesman called us to say he had **gotten used* new facia, included, it was not. Calls to DaBella have been largely ignored.
