We hired Da Vinci to install new water service and sewer connection to municipal water. The initial challenge was obtaining permits from 3 jurisdictions. Mike from Da Vinci took care of all administrative and legal requirements. He refused to let the bureaucracy stall the project. Once permits were in hand, work commenced immediately. Da Vinci OWNS all tools and equipment required to install underground work. No delays for equipment rental! Work proceeded quickly and efficiently. Mike kept us updated on progress and when he expected to be complete. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

They installed a water service for me. They did a great job in what was a somewhat difficult job. Mike is knowledgeable and reliable. Good communication and execution of work. The price was competitive and work was done on time. In short my experience was such that I hope to hire them again in the future. Keep up the good work!

Arrived exactly on time - replaced outside kitchen line cast iron and replaced - also replaced our toilet and unclogged a bathroom sink. All work was done perfectly. Excellent customer service, called at 4PM the night before and arrived at exactly 7AM the next morning as promised. I would recommend Mike Orlando to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, you will not be disappointed.
