DJ showed up on a Sunday and complete rekeyed my 3 family in less than 2 hours. Very happy with the quality of work and services. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I had worked with a representative from Dabbs Lock, his name was D.J. He was extremely courteous, wonderful customer service skills. Did a fantastic job out at the house, and was very professional the entire way. Not only with myself, but with other folks we came in contact with while he was doing the work. I recommend him highly, and I've already referred his service to a few of my friends that have the same type of need. I just wanted to personally say thank you very much to D.J. and Dabbs Lock for doing such a wonderful job.

I recently bought a house and needed to have the locks changed. DJ was very nice over the phone and came out the next day. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Dabbs Lock without hesistation to all of my friends and colleagues.

DJ was down to earth and helpful from the start, asking questions to ascertain my problem on the phone, describing my options without being pushy. He called me back with a reasonable quote and was able to stop by the day I called. Rather than sell me a new lock, he fixed the one I had at no extra charge, and went the extra mile to make my door even more safe and secure by installing plates. Before he left, he also attached a handle that was needed. The service he provided was professional and reasonably priced and DJ was a really nice guy - a pleasure to do business with. No bs. I would hire DABBS locksmiths again.

Showed up on time. Friendly and relaxed. Very knowledgeable. Gave good advice. Honest: he could have charged more by shaving down my wood door like I wanted, but warned me that it would probably shrink down in the winter and be really drafty. For $50 service call, he opened up a really tricky old broken lock and installed a new knob I had on hand. Very reasonably priced.
