Dabella did my windows. Lloyd my rep, did a great job introducing me to the windows I received. The installers did is fine job but made some decisions along the way I would have appreciated to be in on. Lloyd had my back in the end. I am very satisfied with the windows

As soon as they showed up they got to work and were done with the new roof, and the shingles in a day. And the next day they sent out another worker, to install new shingles and gutter guards. I have to admit I was impressed. Both with the speed they worked at, and The finished product. It really was a quality job.

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

After receiving quotes from 4 other roofing contractors I received a quote from Dabella. They came to me at double the cost of the other roofing contractors but drew me in with factory trained installer, a warranty, ridge vent/intake system, and a promise of full clean-up after the work was completed. We worked out a deal (still over 2k more than the next cheapest contractor) and I hired them. A couple of weeks passed and the roof was installed in a single day. After installation, I personally climbed onto the roof to check over the work. I was astounded at how poorly the roof was installed. Shingles were ripped, left uncut, crooked, my fascia trim had been cut exposing the wood to the elements and never replaced. Worst of all I had paid a premium for the ridge vent and seamless air intake system and once the roof was completed the intakes were never even installed. A feature I had paid an additional premium for did not even get put on my roof. I was promised a clean yard, which is important as I have an 11 yr old and a dog running around outside. Since original install I have picked up easily 40 nails out of my yard, my child could have stepped on that. Later in the week I was contacted by Diego, the crew manager, wanting to come inspect the work. He claimed that he was off site the day of installation. I went on the roof with Diego and showed him my large list of concerns with the install, he mostly blew me off only claiming that the vents were missing and it was the suppliers fault. So he says he will be back to fix things up in 2 days. No show. No contact. Until a couple days later I come home and there guys working on my roof again, no warning just got to work. None of the contractors ever said a word to me during install, I was told that if any rotten boards or additional issues were found they would talk to me immediately. Communication was garbage through and through. So after the 2nd attempt at finishing the roof there were still some the original issues left untouched as well as another new one. I had 4 box vents for each corner of my roof set to be replaced by the ridge vents and intakes. Intakes were only installed on 3 of 4 corners. The 4th corner which previously had a box vent now has zero ventilation. I texted Diego and told him of my concern, he told me certain lengths of roof are too short for the intake. I said If that is the case then why was not the original box vent setup kept on that corner? Why am I only hearing of this now and not before install started? I have yet to receive a response, this was 6 days ago. So if I can warn anyone, stay far away from this company, the price premium does not fall in line with the quality of work, communication, or final product. Absolute garbage, so now I am going to have to climb on my roof and fix the shortcomings of the contractor I just paid good money for. What a joke.

The shingles arrived on time and the crew was about 30 minutes late then scheduled. Each one of the crew members worked together very well which means no one stood around. They peeled the old shingles off and repaired one bad sheeting. When finished they work together to make sure everything was picked up to my satisfaction. They finished late afternoon and very happy with the appearance and with the installation of shingles

After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

These girls were a delight to work with. They were very professional and had a good knowledge of their product. Meredith and Rosio are a great team.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.
