Brandon was fantastic to work with regarding James Hardie siding. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, explained everything thoroughly, and helped make the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Matteo was awesome he showed us a presentation of the windows prior to us making a decision. Then he helped us find a GREAT price for our family and looked into helping us as military veterans! Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.

After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. I just placed my order today so Iâ m looking about four months lead time to get the new windows in to Utah. Kevin Stone quoted the project and did a very professional job on the proposal. All I can do now is wait to see when my windows show up and how long it takes them to get out here and install them. Iâ ll know a lot more in four to five months. Iâ ll keep you posted.

I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job.

Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company.

Overall the roof looks beautiful. Only some of the roof top side boards did not get replaced. the roofers were contracted out of Basin City. They put the metal strip over the old board because they did not have the material properly measured so they just put new metal strip over old board. It would look better if that had gotten replaced.

The DaBella representative Donald Davidson came to my house and inspected my roof. He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I will recommend this company as I find Donald Davidson and this company very professional and innovative.

Crew very efficient. Started when they said they would , and finished quickly . Cleaned up very well. Very satisfied.

We ordered our windows in June. Haven't heard a word of when I will see my windows. Tomorrow is the first of September. Still have no idea of when our windows will be here. COVID-19 I'm guessing.

I contacted DaBella Tri-Cities to get a quote for installation of James Hardie cement board siding and fascia.à   Mr. RyanL. and AlexC. arrived on time, where very professional, thorough, and answered all our questions. I know signing with DaBella I will get the job done professionally and installation done correctly as DaBella is the only James Hardie Preferred Elite Installer invoking material warranties including Color Plus.à   I'm excited to get my project done by people who respect my home as much as they would there own.

John Caparas was an absolute professional. Unlike other window help I got. He actually knew about what he was talking about and we got an amazing deal on the windows we got!! They are really making a difference in the household

We signed up in April for Gutter, Soffit, Facia, and Siding Installation. The reason we signed up with DaBella was due to Kevin our salesperson saying how great of a company and a solid warranty is provided vs going with my friends personal company who does the same quality work for large developers. We were told we needed to place a deposit of approximately $5000 for an $18,000 job it would be done the first part of July. On the more expensive side but DaBella is a reputable company, right? Wrong It is now August, after calling in approximately 10 different times the company randomly showed up in July when we werent home and installed Gutters without the right amount of gutter and missing downspouts, and cause damage to shingles. This has caused more damage to the wood and home from exposure as well. HINT: YOU INSTALL GUTTERS THE VERY LAST WHEN DOING SOFFIT AND FACIA! They are leaking to top it off! When I get someone on the phone I have asked for a copy of the contract 2x, informed my salesperson via Voicemail and Text as well. Only to receive a response via text saying **this is the first I have heard of this**. Anytime you call in and let them know, they say they are going to **escalate** it. When asked what that means, somebody will get back to you within 24 hours... **waiting** crickets. Once, we were told they no longer had an office manager (and that was the reason from corporate). Another time, a person contacted my wife and said they would be the main contact. They gave her a number that just rings back to the people that say they are going to **escalate** the complaint. We just want to cancel, get a refund on our deposit, and move on to a professional company. I do not trust them at all at this point based on the installation of random gutters. We want our money back and the contract canceled. I have contacted a local news company (Get Gephart), next up to the Better business bureau, and then, we are going with consumer protections.
