Dacosta and Sons Plumbing

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company. They were supposed to contact me within 24hrs but waited 2 day. That Thursday, the woman I spoke with scheduled a plumber to come to my home on Monday afternoon and someone would call when the plumber was in route. This was the date I put in my phone and the date they sent to the home warranty company (confirmed by text). The next day, thereâ s an email saying they are scheduled to come on Wednesday afternoon. Ok fineâ ¦I stayed home all day Wednesday. At 3:00, I got a call saying that the plumber came by my house at 12:00 and no one answered the door. #1. No one called to say he was on the way. #2. You claim he came to the home and no one answered, but no one called then, either? #3. So youâ re calling me 3 hours later saying heâ s too far away? #4. I have a Ring doorbell and great security system with cameras that I can roll back to show that no one came to THIS house. She then went on to say it was the house, â With a Christmas wreath on the door.â On December 20th, 5 days before, Christmas, 80% of the houses in this neighborhood have a Christmas wreaths. Can you prove someone came here? Nope! No callâ ¦no showâ ¦ridiculous. The appointment was rescheduled for 12/27 from 10:30-1:30. I took off of work, a 3rd time, checked to make sure my doorbell worked, and sat in the living room, all day, where I could see if anyone came to the door. At 2:30 PM, no one has come. I called to get an update. No answer.

These guys are very professional! Very responsive and know their business. They left my home just the way they found it! Clean. AND I was impressed that I didn’t have to ask that they wear masks. That and shoe covers plus their work was impeccable!!
