Excellent! Irvin was always there for at any time replying within minutes and helping secure the permit as well which was stressful for me but he and his assistant Raquel buried my stress. I interviewed 11 supposedly professionals from many websites and these people were legit and did a great job. If you have a demo job and don’t interview One Miami Demo you’re missing it. They even met with City of Miami Unsafe Structures, Building Dept. AND Enviornmental for me to support my e-mails to those departments; sooo worth it just can’t say enough after being screwed by other contractors.
