Our furnace stopped working with negative temperatures outside and two young babies inside. Our association's preferred heating and cooling company didn't pick up or respond to our VMs/texts (they still haven't), so we tried Dad's Heating and Cooling. Don, the owner, responded and was at our house within a couple of hours. He provided a very reasonable quote, picked up a furnace and spent the next 1.5 days installing the new furnace, which works really well. He even picked up space heaters when we were without heat so that we could get through those days/nights. Don is a true professional -- courteous, timely, affordable, and reliable--everything you could ask for. I'd highly recommend him for any of your heating and cooling needs.
