Extremely prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. Knew/remembered concern prior to arrival. Provided helpful information and knowledge regarding how our garbage disposal works, what the problem was, how to possibly remedy similar future problems on our own, and overall very knowledgeable about the appliance and brand.
