"Ron, we want to clarify the facts. When our technician accidentally damaged one wheel on your pool sweep, we took responsibility and replaced it at no charge. Approximately one month later, you reported that the wheel had fallen off again and demanded another free repair or a complete replacement of the unit. We offered to inspect and repair it, but explained that any new issue occurring a month later would not automatically be covered at our expense. During the call, you repeatedly used abusive language toward our technician, threatened to harm our relationship with AHS and damage our business, and then hung up. We stand behind our work and correct mistakes when they occur, but we cannot provide unlimited free repairs or accept abusive treatment of our employees."
