Dahlia Home Renovations, Inc.

Filip recently remodeled my bathroom. From the first quote through the finishing details, Filip exceeded my expectations. He communicated with me every step of the way, helped with some design elements and came up with creative solutions to things that arose due to the age of our house. He kept the work space super clean, finished the project on time and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am proud to show off his work to everyone that comes to my house. I will be hiring him for projects and recommend him without hesitation!

Filip did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. He finished in a timely manner and was able to do everything we asked from him. He was great to work with and would recommend to anyone needing work done to their home.

Filip let me know about what time he would be there. Always left the site clean. Protected other rooms. The work took longer than expected, because he took the time to do it right. I ve had him back to do more.

Filip is the owner of Dahlia and did most of the work with one assistant. He helped us design the new shower in the Master bathroom, and select the tiles and fixtures. His price was very reasonable. He clearly laid out the work schedule and always met the time goals. The work area was always kept clean and he protected the floor surfaces outside the bathroom. Dust in the house was kept to a minimum. Filip was very easy to work with and without any reservations we recommend him for your home projects.

Filip is very professional - The work was completed almost to the date discussed. I am hiring them again for my next bathroom

Absolutely excellent! Filip and crew are perfectionists! They went over and above expectations. Perfect cleanup and beautiful result!

Filip is exceptional. Our creepy old bathroom is stunning now! The cabinetry, shower tiling, wainscoting were perfectly executed by Filip and his assistant. Plus, they are meticulous as they work so not much disruption during the project. Filip has a great design sense and gives me his opinion when I ask -- which is often. This is the second renovation he has done for us, and we will be using him next month again. Filip is a class act and maintains high standards in his work. Highly recommended!

We hired Filip back in December 2017 to do a complete basement remodel. He has been great to work with and very attentive to our requests and has been able to problem solve as things arose. He has been able to handle the Portland permitting process very well and that has been difficult at times with a home that was built in the 1920’s. He has been very willing to assist us with ideas as we didn’t have a real clear vision when we began the process. Things are almost complete and we couldn’t be happier with our new space. We would definitely recommend Filip to anyone looking to start a project.

Filip and his team were professional and friendly. We waited 14 yrs to remodel our master bath. Finally we said goodbye to 1976 and hello to 2018. We knocked out a wall, expanded the shower, added a wall for a walk in close, moved plumbing for the vanity/sinks and added new cabinets. New tile flooring and the shower is all tile, walk-in with no door! Exactly what we wanted and the results are stunning! Filip also hung a barn style door between the master bed and bath. Filip is responsive and was very patient with me (I made a few changes to the original request) :-) And he made sure our end result is exactly what we wanted. Thank you, Filip, Ivan and Daniel! I highly recommend Dahlia Home Renovations.

I'd hire again!

Filip is fantastic. He completed the work of changing door knobs with high quality. He also installed our window A/c. Great guy.

Filip helped us install an island rangehood, replace dishwasher and modify cabinet to fit the fridge. He performed excellent job on all 3 projects. The job was done carefully and looks great afterward. He is very responsive to calls or text, and always cleaned up after the job. Will hire him again for other projects.

Filip did a great job installing a new 42" professional range hood to our kitchen. Filip's service included unpacking, assembly, measuring, purchasing venting parts and final installation. it took Filip almost a day to finish due to the complexity of our house structure (to vent out). Though the project took much longer than it was expected, Filip stayed with his original quote. No shortcuts either. In summary I highly recommended Filip and his work.

He did an excellent job on several projects. Will definitely hire him again!

Excellent job at a great rate!

Good job and reasonable price

His work was neatly and rapidly done. There is an air leak in the duct he installed that we could have caught while it was easy to repair if we had simply turned on the range hood.

He's efficient, honest and kind, he came and performed the job we discussed. No issues or problems, I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent workmanship.

Filip did an excellent job for me and his rate was reasonable. He is going to do another job for me in the next two weeks.

Except for being late, he did a good job very quickly.

Filip is the best at what he does, everything. He cleaned my gutters at two homes for the same price. Prices are very reasonable and he is polite, efficient, clean and very calm. He did exactly what I requested and never changed the price. I will be using him in the future

Filip is honest being true to his word, and dependable as he completed the job he started. He's creative, precise, and clearly enjoys his work, especially challenges. The quality of materials needed and supplied for the job was over 3x's better than I had expected. The price of materials and cost for labor was very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service he provided.
