The team arrived during the time frame that had been given. They did the furniture removal carefully so as not to damage anything. They were able to take an additional item I'd decided I didn't want to keep. (There was an additional charge for this which I felt was reasonable and to be expected.) They were cordial and respectful. I would definitely hire them again for a removal. An A+ experience!

Very personable on the phone, quoted a price and said they could be there the next day between 8-12. She called as she had told me she would about 30 minutes away. I told her I was there and she said we can be there in about 15 minutes. They arrived right on time. They came in and removed my mattress and were finished in a few minutes. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises. Thank you, Sharon Jones

Nancy the owner is NOT AN HONEST PERSON! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! NANCY THE OWNER DEMANDED DEPOSIT OF HALF THE COST OF THE JOB AT FIRST SIGHT I TRUSTED HER BUT THAT WAS A MISTAKE! SHE SHOWED UP UNPREPARED 4.3.26 rescheduled for 4.10.26 DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN CALLED TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN! I COULD NOT I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK SHE SAID NO KEPT MY $500 DEPOSIT WITHOUT DOING ANY OF THE WORK I HIRED THEM TO DO! The job was $1000 she kept $500 FOR DOING NOTHING BUT MOVED A COUPLE FLOWER POTS OFF MY BACK PATIO TO THE TRASH! ALL OF 20 MINUTES! THE owner changed her verbiage from deposit to payment for moving a couple pots! And $500 for that? She is a CROOK! ALSO SHE IS DISHONEST NO ETHICS! I am a disabled elderly person! AND NANCY COULD HAVE CARED LESS! SHE KEPT MY DEPOSIT DISABLING ME TO GET THE JOB DONE FINANCIALLY NOW. This company left me in a bad place

I will start by saying Nancy is very nice and she uses that to her advantage. The dates for the work changed 3 times and she could never say what time they would arrive. This was a big job of removing nicotine from the walls and ceiling. The final job was nothing like we were promised and that was expressed several times to her. In her very nice voice, she would just say ?I know you aren?t happy but we worked hard?.I told her she didn?t fulfill her promises and there were some issues that could have been taken care of like painting the ceiling above the kitchen cabinets. If you weren?t only using a paint roller, it could have been done. There were a few bad reviews but we overlooked those because you can?t make everyone happy. I learned the hard way. It cost me $4000 and she didn?t come near fulfilling her promises. I had requested an invoice at the completion for tax purposes. She didn?t have one and wrote one out on paper promising one by email. I?m not holding my breath. Beware. Update as of 04/14/2026 Pictures are worth a thousand words. These are the pictures after the $4,000 cleaning job. They claimed to have experience removing nicotine from walls They used kilz on the ceiling. The ceiling fan was going to look brand new. They didn?t touch it. They also claimed they did cleaning of crime scenes.

The service cleaned my house very well.

We only requested they carpet clean the stairs leading to the upper (3) bedrooms high traffic areas in the bedrooms as the bedroom furniture was in the rooms and the landing/hallway at the top of the stairs. The cleaning team spent less than an hour cleaning the carpets. The machine they used was a consumer grade carpet cleaner and it was inadequate for removing the dander and pet hair. After they left we inspected and there was hair visible to the eye all over the landing and stairs. We had scheduled with them to complete a thorough cleaning of the unit however after the dismal results we cancelled. We did have feedback with the team through message but they did not comment or try to make amends. Lesson learned always ask if the carpet cleaning equipment is commercial didn't think it was necessary but it looks like it is, .

I am very happy with the service. Everything was done and my house looks beautiful. It hasn’t been cleaned for a long time and they did an awesome job getting everything cleaned. They’ll now be coming out every three weeks to help me keep it clean thank you for all of your hard work and effort.

Poor appt scheduling, no text and no return calls. Did not show up twice for scheduled appointments. We did not even use the service to give a review on there cleaning. I do not recommend..

We hired this company to haul off debris from a deck. They have great communication with you and they arrived when they said they would. Very pleased with them personally and professionally. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+ rating!

I feel i was overcharged!! This was for deep cleaned for a two bedrooms one bath. Shampooed carpets. No dished to be washed. No laundry to be done. No refrigerator to clean. Approximately 800 square unit. Didn't remove everythingoff top of refrigerator(left dirty) another cabinet,didn't clean top. She changed her bid three times. FINAL COST Said my side of Duplex and would need to reschedule mine. I Canceled mine. I sent her a voice mail that I thought I was overcharging. No response. NEVER AGAIN! Because I'm 81 feel like she took advantage of me! I Don't recommend NANCY with Daisy Cleaning. Now I'm concerned hiring from Angie list. Sorry Angie.

Nancy and Dylan were so comfortable to talk to! Very accommodating to requests. Quick and cherry. They gave me a bid on deep cleaning which I’ll definitely use! Owner team so their attention to service was very good. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Mother and son team. They arrived promptly and listened to what my priorities were. I would highly recommend Nancy for efficiency, quality of work and expertise. They are very sweet people.

This is NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. They were hired for carpet cleaning but showed up with a Rug Doctor type machine?similar to those you can rent yourself at Home Depot or Lowe?s. Over the phone, they claimed to use high-quality hot water extraction and informed me they have had excellent results, but that was misleading. They were in and out in UNDER 30 minutes, and there was no noticeable difference in the carpet's appearance. I paid $175 for the service and feel completely scammed. Overall, a very disappointing and misleading experience.

At least now when there?s dirt in my house I?m mad at somebody other than myself about it. And that?s worth something. A lot of surface dirt was removed which I appreciate. But I can?t find anything in the house that meets my admittedly high cleaning standards. I can?t even find anything that is simply actually dust-free or pet-hair free. I could take a dozen pictures of pet hair clinging to counters, dirt in out of the way places and not so out of the way places on the floor, and smaller or interior surfaces they specifically said were cleaned that are still clearly dirty. So even though it might look better on quick inspection, the house does not have a freshly-cleaned feel, in fact it has the opposite in a lot of ways.
