They were very friendly but had significant cleaning issues. Asked for the sofa to be vacuumed, only 2 cushions were done, throw pillows were not moved. Multiple areas not dusted. Requested twice for the area under dining room table to be swept and mopped, not done. Not thoroughly swept or mopped. Each time I had to follow behind and reclean. But, they are friendly.

Nancy was tremendous. She was easy to converse with, flexible where needed, did timely work cleaning the whole home with excellence AND deep cleaned the carpets as well. Sheâ s good for her word and was very reasonable. Iâ m glad to have found her. I plan to work with her in the future as well based on what she did!

I strongly recommend that you do not use Daisy Maids.! Promised two cleaning people and only Nancy came out for deep cleaning and abruptly left after only two hours. I asked for a portion of the money to be returned and she vehemently refused!

"I'm sorry that you feel this way. After I arrived at your house, I realized that the condition was much worse than it was stated on the phone. I did work very hard for 2 hours. The total job quote was $220 and I only accepted $110 from you. I did this in light of the fact that the work was not completed. I am more than willing to come back and assist in finishing the job as I stated when I was at your property. Please let me know how you would like to proceed as leaving a poor review with false information isn't fair."
