Excavation Major Grading or Resloping
The trenches he dug were per our specifications. The contractor stated that there would be a requirement for some sprinkler repair, however the entire side yard sprinkler system and drainage system were dug up without concern for the damage or repair of the system. He did not mark where any previous sprinkler heads or drainage were so I had to hire a different contractor to replace the system at an additional cost to me..
