The agent arrived at my home and gave me an estimate for the roof replacement. He never even went on the roof. He then said that I had to sign some papers and give him a down payment check of 10 % which was $2000.00. I explained to him that I had signed papers with Neal Roofing already, but he said it didn't matter. So, I wrote him a check for $2000.00. He then left without giving me any documents. What had happened with Neal roofing was that I had received a email saying that I did not receive the funding. Because of that I thought the roofing contract was now null and void. About two hours after the agent for Dakoma roofing had left I received a call From Neal Roofing and he told me that there had been a mistake and the funding actually went through. They had put my address in wrong the first time. I immediately called the rep for Dakoma roofing and told him what had happened and not to cash the check. He told me I was too late because he had already cashed the check and gotten the permits. I told him to cancel the permits and return my money please. He said no that I had to go through with the contract. He came back to my house and told me that if I wanted to get out of the contract I would have to pay them another 20% which would be another 4000.00. After that for about two weeks he kept coming back to the house bothering me. If I have to I would like to give Dakoma roofing $200.00 For the time spent getting the permits. At this point Dakoma has the permits so Neal roofing cannot get them. This has been going on for over a month. Without the new roof I can not get insurance. So right now the finance company that has a lien on the house is charging me $5600.00 a year for forced insurance. I do not want to go with Dakoma roofing, I want Neal Roofing to do the job.

They were very professional, and had my roof replaced in a matter of days. Some rain but they worked around it. Completed in 3 days. They got all the permits needed and the whole crew was professional and very pleasant. They cleaned up my property each day upon completion. Everyone at Dakoma Roofing was excellent. They were on time each day and did not take breaks. I am so pleased that I chose Dakoma Roofing. They handled everything and my roof looks great. I would recommend Dakoma Roofing to anyone that wants a fast and no pain roofing experiment. Pedro, Joel and Roger were wonderful to work with and all kept my informed as to the job and what had to be done. I give them 5 stars...

Joel was great to deal with and kept me informed of what the stage of the roof project was in the entire time. The workers were extremely pleasant to cleaned up daily. The roof looks absolutely amazing.

We had a really good experience with Dakoma Roofing for our damaged roof. Roger came and gave a quote the same day I called him. The quote was comprehensive and affordable. When we decided to go with Dakoma (we got several quotes), they were out the next week. The repair was done in three days and Roger called us after to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, super efficient, quality, and pain-free experience. They offer financing as well, but I cannot speak to that as we did not use them for financing. Thanks Roger and team!

"3 companies called to give me quotation. After I spoke to 2 companies about their inspection and quotation, I asked my tenant for his opinion. My tenant was impressed with company H as they were professional and thorough, told him exactly what they were looking to do and took pictures. The other guy (Joel, Dakoma Roofing) seemed to be good as well; however, all he know about Joel is, the other guy. When I spoke to company H, Patrick told me that there are broken tiles and replacement cost will add to the roof repairing cost. I told him to email me some pictures and he said he has no picture. So, when 3rd company went to inspect the roof, I told them to look out for broken tiles and take pictures. They came back with only 1 broken tile and told me it isn't the issue . Company H and Company C both have many up-to-date great reviews. Company C is way too expensive, and careless of my business. Company H already dishonest before they start work. Dakoma Roofing has no recent review, but I chose Joel, and very happy I did! One very special service Dakoma Roofing offers that other companies don't; they bleach out stain on the ceiling where the leaking was, and they apply a chemical in the area of the attic that's been wet to prevent inhibits mold growth. The roof finishing job was fantastic! Thank you Joel and your crew for great work!"

1st Respondent - Well manered, knowledgeable, went to work for analysis right away. Was adapt at priceing and knew the materials and where they would be available. Work commenced and was completed in a very efficient manner.

They did a fast and complete job. I have had no problems so far and am satisfied with the work performed.

The only contractor to respond to job.Good price.good service not done yet but so far very happy with Dakoma.
