Ray installed Pergo Outlast, Molasses Maple, laminate flooring in my daughter's condo in North Loop, Minneapolis. It looks simply gorgeous. Ray suggested a much better underlayment, 'Quiet Walk' that makes the laminate feel and sound like natural wood. The city inspector was pleased as well when he reviewed Ray's work. I highly recommend him for laminate install!

Ray just completed our flooring project and it's just beautiful. He removed carpet and installed Brazilian Cherry hardwood in two room to match the same hardwood in adjoining rooms. He also replaced the carpet in another room of the house. All the hardwood was refinished and after sealing with a beautiful satin finish all of the wood matches perfectly. Ray is a pleasure to work with. He works quickly and carefully, makes sure the house stays as clean and possible, is always in time and has very competitive prices. The floors are exactly what we wanted, we couldn't be happier with his very skilled craftsmanship.

Ray was very good to work with. His price was reasonable and the work was taken care of without any problems.

They had some issues early on with a trailer breaking right when they arrived at my house...(just before) and were very upfront about what happened. They got to work right away, told me the plan for each day and even picked up the flooring for me. My house looks amazing after the new floor is down and they went above and beyond by creating a mold ing to go around my washer and dryer. Guys were awesome I would highly recommend....and now he has two trailers..one set up for tile and one for wood. Cheers

We got 3 quotes for our floor installation and Ray had the most reasonable price. Ray was great to work with. Very prompt with communication and finished the work on time as he had promised. We decided to replace our baseboards and Ray was able to do that for us at a very reasonable cost. We are very happy with the work that Ray and his crew provided. A year or so ago we were lucky enough to be given Ray's business card by our flooring supplier. Ray did an outstanding job installing oak hardwood in the living room and dining room areas and cork flooring in the kitchen. Next project was to finish the basement, most of which I did myself and had planned to install laminate flooring as well but a bad neck and surgery cancelled that plan. Ray stepped in and completed the entire flooring project in less than a full working day and that included installing the base trim and a thorough cleanup. And I doubt you can beat Ray's rates.

Ray did something that just blew me away as far as his ���going above and beyond��� for his customers.The product supplier confirmed my product delivery for 4/17/14. 4/17/14 came around and Ray was to pick up the product from the warehouse. However Product was NOT there and now the supplier was telling Ray it was on back order. I was so panicked: I did not know what to do. Ray called all over the US to find the product and drove to Fargo ND (over 10 hour round trip) to pick it up. All to finish my project for me on time!! Ray is the BEST!

Not as promised. Would not show up or call for a week and also days. We had to call him. Had many excuses or wouldn't return calls. We had a time line. Failed to consider this. Price/bid was reasonable, yet we incurred extra expenses.Cement dust all over house. Grout left on floors. Had to find hire new worker to finish job.
