I was only in Spearfish for a short time so Brent worked me in. The team he sent had to work with old wiring to add new plugs and lights. All was done expertly in one cold day outside.

They responded very quickly, and accomplished what I wanted on the same day as I posted the job.

I think $150.00 installation charge was a lot to replace one bedroom ceiling light with a ceiling fan with light.

They went thru Rally Traffic twice to do the job and they did not charge a weeks wage for 1 1/2 hours overtime!

I called to get a circuit with two 3 way switches a a 4 way switch looked at. They were prompt but the charge reflected that they replaced a single 3 way switch and two 4 way switches. That seems a bit unlikely to me. Although I am an electrical engineer I generally leave house wiring to the experts in that area - electricians. I believe that the problem was that one of the 3 way switches was wired incorrectly with the hot and neutral reversed as this would have produced the problem I was experiencing. But again, not my area of expertise. I only question the second 4 way switch.

On time, went right to work. There was no 2 week waiting period. They called me the same day that I used Home Advisor, and they were out on time the next day. Was very impressed. He explained the power for my switches and fixed my ceiling fan that had been connected wrong. Very impressed will use again.

we should have had uuls find internet/tv cable located before trenching not a big deal but without internet for a few days. Friendly and professional crew.
