Quality work

David put a new tile floor in my bathroom. He did everything he said he would do and got the job done with no delays. He was very meticulous and professional in all aspects of the job, including the tile installation itself, explaining all the work to me, and providing a clear and thorough summary of the dollars involved upfront. He and his assistant were a pleasure to have in our home.

Highly recommended. I hired David to replace a window that had a broken seal. He was very helpful as he spent a lot of time communicating directly with Andersen for me to make sure they sent the correct window. After the window arrived, he quickly set up a time to do the install, which was high up in a two story foyer. David was very pleasant to work with and was very honest with his price, which was very reasonable. He does high quality work, leaves the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived, and completes projects efficiently and on time.

Dave (the owner) was amazingly friendly, honest, and fair. He was punctual and immediately responded to our inquiry and had the job completed in less than one week from our initial conversation. We would definitely work with this company again.

DO NOT USE DALAR CONTRACTING!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... hired them to do a kitchen remodel. David seemed eager to get the job, and his price came in lower than others, but once the work started everything turned into a nightmare. Items on original estimate did not have to be complete and he never honored a credit, but up charged and nickel and dined us for everything else. Didn't show up for days, at times a whole week would pass and no sign of David. But when he wanted to get paid he was always there. Overall poor attitude the ENTIRE time, I never felt like the client. Disrepectful

Took a long time to schedule project. More my fault than Dave's. Once project started work done well in timely fashion as promised.

David orchestrated the entire refurb job for my Bedminster rental property which included a full kitchen & bathroom makeover. Painting of the entire condo was also performed. David completed the job on-time and pretty much within budget, although we had a few surprises when walls were opened and some appliances were rearranged. David's communication with us during the process was outstanding, and his honesty and integrity was/is very much appreciated. I highly recommend David to be your contractor!

Dave's response time was unbelievable. He was professional, his work was good quality, and his price was very reasonable. I would hire him again or recommend him without hesitation.
