i HAVE NOT TURNED ON THE COMPUTER, BUT HE WAS VERY HONEST, WORKED HARD, VERY COMMUNICATIVE. hE ADDED THAT THE PARTS, IN SPITE OF HIS TRYING TO SOURCE THEM FROM THE US., HAD TO GO TO CHINA AS THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO COULD GET THE PARTS. GRANTED, i HAD TO WAIT LONGER, BUT FOR ME , THAT WAS NOT AN ISSUE, AND I APPRECIATED HIS CANDOR.

I thought that Mr. Dalbin Ramos was very fair in his pricing, and did very well in explaining what needed to be done. What I really appreciated was when Mr. Ramos ordered some parts for my computer, (the computer battery and another part) he only charged for the price of the parts ordered and nothing above that. So, in the end I was only charged for the initial (diagnostic) visit, the price of the parts ordered, and one hour of labor. Once the parts arrived, Mr. Ramos telephoned me to let me know that he was going to work on my computer and that it would be ready the next day. The next day Mr. Ramos brought my repaired computer over. Mr. Ramos had fully charged the new battery before coming over, and he requested that I use the computer unplugged and note how long the battery lasted and then call him back with the results. He wanted to do this to make certain that the battery was a good battery and not defective. If the battery turned out to not be satisfactory, he wanted to know so that he could contact the company and have it replaced. I thought Mr. Ramos was very professional and I would highly recommend him.
