My name is Dale Ferson and I've been in business since 1981. Dale R. Ferson Appliance is a Christian owned and operated business. I have service all majorappliances, and can install or replace. I service all Marion county, Gainesville, Newberry,Williston,Lady lake,Citra, I will generally service most areas within 50 milles from Marion County. All repairs are guaranteed for one year for part and labor.

There's pure professionalism, then there's the kind of repair folks you invite to have a cup of coffee. Dale and his son are good folks you want to spend some time with. They were proficient and knowledgeable in their work and presented a very reasonable bill. Dale saved me a lot of money by avoiding having to buy an expensive motor and provided my wife and I instruction for dealing properly with our troublesome ice maker. He did not try to "sell up" to a more expensive service job. I can certainly recommend Dale Ferson for appliance repair. He's now my "go-to' appliance repairer.

He is always very nice. Whenever I've had a problem, he comes to help ASAP. This is always a big relief since I do live on my own. I'm very happy with his service.
