He called me were were able to text back and forth and we discussed the pillar and the casing and the inside of the pillar and the brick that was inside we removed the damaged bricks and reuse some of the older brick which was wise and removed the brittle brick the bricks that were re-used was used as filler and a good decision. And his expertise was helpful. All the work was done in one day which is excellent and my wife and I are very happy with the results.

Mr.Shaferâ s work is excellent!. He repaired a retaining wall and our front porch for a reasonable price. The porch and wall look like new. I would definitely hire Mr. Shaffer again.

Dale was very responsive on getting in contact with me both for the estimate and for the project. Started when he said he would and was timely completing the job. You could tell he is established both in his craft and in customer service, easy to talk to about what needed done and explained what he was going to accomplish on the job. I Highly recommend!

I had a major repair job. Dale kept the price fair and as low as possible. He showed up on schedule and consistently until completed. He is knowledgeable and explained exactly what was needed and what he was doing. He is also very down to earth and easy to get along with.
