Allen Irrigation and Landscape did landscape drainage grading,installed a French drain system and has also done sprinkler system repair for me. Dallas was my main contact for the estimate and arranging the service, and his crew works quickly and efficiently. They will be my first call if I need these services again.

They came out quickly and when he didn't have part. He was there the next day at 8:00 am

They did lawn sprinkler repairs and also landscaping (planted a crape myrtle). Reasonable cost and had used them previously to update sprinkler system. It is a small business so staying in touch with them is important for coordination.

After checking other professionals, this company had the best rate for my foundation drip line. They were very responsive and customer service was great. They didn't hesitate to come back out again when we had some issues. I have and would recommend them to others.

They miss judged the amount of dirt that would be needed for the job, so they changed the price that was originally agreed apon. I ended up paying more than one of the other qutes that I had received. The work was done well and customer service was good.

Overall they did an OK job but should have timed things better. The sod showed up around 2 pm Tuesday afternoon but the topsoil didn't show up until around 4 pm the next day so by the time the installers spread the topsoil they didn't actually start installing the sod until around 6 pm. They didn't finish so they had to come back the next morning. As a result the sod sat on the pallets too long (I've read it should be installed within 24 hours of being cut) and suffered undo stress. I've watered like crazy and after 3 weeks it is coming back but I expect it would have been much more established by now had it been installed in a timely fashion

Arrived early before I could give instructions. There was a reason I set a time-I had an appointment. Told them NOT to trim bushes until I got back yet they did and ruined a large bush. Virtually cut it in half lengthwise in front of a window. The shaping of the rest of the shrubs was awful.

Very satisfied with DLIS customer service and system repairs. Isaac was quick and professional.After initial repair was made we found two more problems, which he repaired. Isaac would not leave until he was sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will use them again when needed. I highly reccomend them.

Hired Dickerson Landscape Irrigation Services to install new system in March 2013. Flawless customer service and project management. Project pricing was competitive with other providers, but Dickerson's system install recommendation was more thorough and detailed installing more sprinkler zones to meet my landscape requirements. Highly recommend.

Customer service was readily available and call back was prompt. Supervisor was friendly and forthcoming with information. Time keeping however was not optimal. Could not get it right even within a 6 hour window, top soil delivered day one and damped on cub side, Sod delivered on day 2 and laid on day 3 late into early evening after a mid afternoon appointment. In all took 3 days to deliver and complete work...

Dickerson was excellent. Isaac arrived on time and inspected the sprinkler system. He repaired two broken sprinkler heads and re-installed three other heads that had been improperly installed (too high) last summer by another contractor. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He showed me all the changes and repairs he made and then, tested the whole system so I could see the results. I will definitely call Dickerson again when I need sprinkler work done.

Very poor experience. They missed the first 2 appts we had for an estimate and didn't bother to call me to reschedule. After I received an estimate, I scheduled the work. They missed the first scheduled appointment. After the crew arrived and completed the work they had broken multiple items and left them laying in the yard. The major thing they broke was the wiring for my AC while digging the trench out. The worst part was the fact that they did more work than was on the estimate and didn't tell me until the work was done. Then tried to bill me for it. The final work was good, but the hassle and collateral damage was not worth it.
