They were quick and professional. They even went to Lowe's or Home Depot to buy wood to frame out the windows because the hardy board on the back of the house split and did not look good. They took the time to make sure the window had a great appearance

I had to call sales rep 4 times after closing deal but work was done quickly and efficiently. Only took contractor one day to install all windows. Windows really add to look of the house and curb appeal.

It took over 5 weeks to have my doors installed due to the fact that they had to be ordered and it took 4 weeks for them to arrive. After they arrived, it was over a week before they had me scheduled for installation. Also, I misplaced my original invoice and I requested a duplicate, but to date have not received one. The doors are excellent, but the follow up customer service could be improved on.
