The two people who came to my father's house did a very good job. Their attention to details was great. Also, they asked me to check each room before they left to make sure I was please with the work completed.

I was given a quote for $600, and I was told that there would be a walk down once the cleaning was finished. But the maids left without telling me that they were done, and I was charged $675 on my credit card without them informing me of the increase! I would have considered giving them more if they have asked me for it upfront, but the way it was done really pissed me off. I think the work done was just okay - could have been exceptional if they wanted my repeat business.

there were only two crew members and the cleaning took a bit longer than we thought, but they did a very thorough job and were very polite!

I paid for a deep clean and didnt quite receive the quality of clean I expected. The maids were seniors in high school, relatively unexperienced, but I do think they were trying to do their best! With a deep clean I would expect someone more experienced that really knows how to get those nooks and crannies. Ex: a facial hair on bathroom counter, cleaning under pictures, cleaning under tables, scrubbing tile shower walls, forgetting supplies, etc. I would recommend them for a normal clean! The owner did a great job handling feedback and is willing to make it right. Overall a good experience.

Initially, there were major communication issues in that the maid did not show up the day scheduled and her supervisor called asking how it went, instead of being upfront about the service issue. After the initial outage, they then proceeded to clean the next day and did a good job. There were some spots still on the floor that weren't completely clean, but overall did a good job in the fridge, bathroom etc.

Paid extra for deep clean, she didn't even wipe down my kitchen counter top, didn't clean the back splash in kitchen, didn't mop guest bathroom, left water streaks all over my wood floors, used a dirty rag to wipe mirrors so left streaks everywhere, didn't use any furniture polish to dust just swiffered whole house, didn't wipe baseboards and left 30 minutes early because she was done.
