Mold & Toxic Material Test
On June 16, 2025, I met with Michael [Provider Name Removed] Mitchell, The owner of Dallas mold inspection group LLC, which is located in Dallas Texas. He was to perform an inspection for the type of mold, AND to produce a Written report in which a mold remediation company would follow to remove the mold from my home. his website Dallas mold inspection group, LLC states they are licensed. they ARE REQUIRED to follow the TDLR protocols in writing a report in which a mold mediation company would follow to remove the mold from my home. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS REPORT AND IT HAS BEEN 43 DAYS!!! HE CLAIMS TO HAVE MAILED IT, BUT THIS IS FALSE AS WE RECEIVE DAILY EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE OF DAILY MAIL TO BE DELIVERED. I AM TIRED OF HIS EXCUSES! I PAID HIM AND HE KEEPS STALLING. HIS EMAIL RESPONSES AND TEXT RESPONSES ARE BIZARRE. HE DOES NOT ANSWER HIS CALLS AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXTS. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY! HE WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
